Delete your account
Last updated: 31 August 2026
This page covers the Android app Rille by Extra Level Quizzes.
The short version. An account exists in Rille only once you buy something, and it is anonymous — there is no name and no email address in it. You can delete it in the app itself, in two taps. You do not lose your purchases by doing so.

What an account is here
Rille asks for no registration. If you play without buying anything, we hold no account for you at all — there is nothing to create and nothing to delete. Only when you buy a pack, a playlist slot or the three-day pass does one come into being: a random identifier, with no name, no email address, no password. Attached to it are only the entitlements and the store's purchase identifiers.
That is also why the app shows the delete button only to somebody who has an account. If you have bought nothing, you will not see it — not by oversight, but because there would be nothing to delete.
How to delete your account
The route goes through the app, because only there is it settled which account is meant.
- Open Rille. In the playlist library there is a Buy playlists button.
- Scroll to the very bottom of that screen. There you will find Delete account.
- Read the explanation that unfolds — it says the same as this page.
- Tap Yes, delete it. Keep my account backs you out with no consequences.
Deletion happens immediately and completely, not at some later clean-up run. If our server cannot be reached at that moment, the app says so plainly and nothing is deleted — try again later.
What is deleted
- the anonymous account itself;
- all purchase records attached to it — which packs and slots were unlocked, and since when.
The receipts themselves are held by Google Play, not by us. We cannot reach your purchase history in the Play Store and therefore cannot delete it either; that is a matter between you and Google.
What stays
- Your purchases. Packs and playlist slots come back at any time with Restore purchases in the same store screen, on a new device as well. A fresh anonymous account is created in the process, and the store re-attaches your earlier purchases to it.
- Your playlists on the device. They are local data and were never on our server. Deleting the account does not touch them. If you want those gone too, uninstall the app or clear its data in the Android settings.
One exception: the three-day pass. It is lost with the account, because its clock runs on the server — and that holds even if you have not started it yet. A pass you bought but never started is gone after deletion. If you hold one, delete the account afterwards rather than before.
If you can no longer get to the app
Device lost, app already uninstalled: write to info@extra-level-quizzes.com, subject “Delete account”. We will reply.
There is an honest limitation to that, though. Because the account is anonymous, we cannot match it to an email address. There is no name in it, no address, nothing an email could be tied to. That is exactly the price of knowing so little about you: we cannot both store nothing and recognise on request who is writing.
The reliable route is therefore the one through the app — and it is open to you after losing a device as well: install Rille on the new phone, tap Restore purchases, and delete from there. You can still send the request by email; we will look at what is possible and tell you what we found — including when that is “nothing that can be tied to you”.
What data arises in the first place
That is set out in full in the privacy policy for Rille: what stays on the device, the six cases in which the app sends something out, and what hangs on the anonymous account. It is not repeated here. What you may and may not do with the game is set out in the terms of use.
